Describe the destination arrangements
Give the hotel or host’s exact St Moritz address and the person responsible for arrival coordination. Explain whether the principal proceeds directly to accommodation or attends an appointment first. Do not substitute a general resort name for the details needed to connect the Zurich departure with the receiving venue. If several members of the party stay at different properties, explain where the protected principal will actually be based.
Review leisure commitments separately
If the programme includes sport, organised excursions or private hospitality, describe those activities in the enquiry. Personal protection is not automatically specialist coaching, medical support or activity supervision. The provider must review the requested role, while the activity organiser remains responsible for the services and participation conditions it supplies. An activity organiser’s acceptance of the guest does not automatically confirm the participation or duties of accompanying personnel.
Plan any overnight assignment
State the dates and working periods for which support is required. A stay away from Zurich does not mean one professional is available continuously throughout every night and day. Ask for a written plan addressing personnel availability, accommodation and any replacement arrangements before the client relies on extended support. Where replacement personnel are proposed, confirm how the client will be informed and who coordinates the agreed handover.
Confirm the return scope
Identify whether the service ends in St Moritz or continues to a Zurich city address or Zurich Airport. The written confirmation should separate guard hours from limousine transport and any agreed expenses. Additional days or changed activities require fresh confirmation rather than being treated as included because the destination remains the same. A later return date should trigger a review of personnel availability as well as the separate limousine reservation.
