Define both appointments

Record the Zurich departure and the return pickup with full dates, times and addresses. If the return timing depends on a meeting or event, explain that uncertainty. The provider should know whether the professional remains with the principal between journeys or whether a separate attendance is being requested later. Include the name of the person who can confirm the return appointment if the principal is occupied in a meeting.

Clarify the interval

A gap between journeys may contain meetings, private time or an overnight stay. State what support is expected during that interval and where the professional is authorised to remain. Do not assume that a booked return vehicle means protection personnel have also been retained continuously throughout the intervening period. If the client wants support during a private interval, describe the accepted availability and any host permission it requires.

Review changed return plans

Identify who may approve a different pickup location, extra appointment or later finish. Send the revised details to the protection and transport coordinators and request acknowledgement from both. A change accepted by a chauffeur is not automatically an accepted change to the personnel assignment or its agreed working hours. Keep the corrected return address in the final written itinerary so an earlier calendar entry cannot create confusion.

Keep the price understandable

The personnel rate is CHF65 per guard per hour with an eight-hour minimum, while transport is quoted separately. Ask the written offer to explain the accepted service period for the return programme. If additional attendance or staffing is needed, obtain a revised confirmation rather than trying to infer inclusion from the outbound price. The client should be able to see which accepted hours relate to the return arrangement when reviewing the service record.
