Build the visit around the host
Provide the Lucerne host’s exact address, appointment time and contact person. If the visit includes more than one venue, list them in the intended order and mark any unconfirmed booking. The provider should not need to infer the actual programme from a broad description such as a corporate day out. Ask the host to confirm whether the principal is expected to arrive early for registration or a preparatory discussion.
Discuss accompaniment at each venue
Restaurants, offices and cultural venues may have different arrangements for an accompanying professional. Ask each host to confirm the requested access or waiting area. The protection service must work within those permissions, and it should not be described as including venue privileges that the client has not separately arranged. If the venue changes its arrangements, send that update to the provider rather than assuming previous permission still applies.
Allow for personal preferences
Explain whether the principal prefers support through the full programme or only during agreed stages, while remaining within the booked hours. Include language and practical assistance needs without sharing unrelated personal information. Any requirement for specialised care or activity support should be raised separately rather than assumed to be part of protection. The assistant should explain any preference that affects practical coordination, such as who handles contact during private discussions.
Connect the return to Zurich
Confirm the final Zurich address and any appointment following the return. If the principal may stay for an additional meal, nominate the person who can approve the extension. The minimum protection booking is eight hours per guard, and a limousine journey remains a separate charge even when both services are coordinated together. Check that any post-return Zurich appointment is shown in both the personnel schedule and the separate transport instructions.
