Describe the complete Davos programme
Give the Zurich pickup address and the exact destination supplied by the Davos host. Include meeting contacts, registration arrangements and the expected finish. If the visit is connected with a conference, identify the organiser rather than assuming the event name explains admission requirements or the support requested for the principal. Ask the host to flag any appointment that is still awaiting venue or participant confirmation before final acceptance.
Confirm appointment access
Ask each host whether an accompanying professional may enter the meeting or an approved waiting area. Event credentials and hotel permissions are separate arrangements. A private protection booking does not provide automatic admission to restricted conference spaces, and any requested access should be acknowledged by the organisation responsible before the itinerary is finalised. Keep a named organiser contact available to answer access questions without disclosing the principal’s wider private programme.
Plan a realistic service period
Describe whether the principal returns to Zurich the same day or remains in Davos. Include requested availability during meals and intervals between appointments. An overnight programme needs an explicit staffing arrangement; the eight-hour minimum is not a promise that one professional remains continuously available until the visitor eventually returns. Identify the client representative who can approve a revised finish if a Davos appointment moves into the evening.
Confirm the Zurich return
State whether the final destination is a Zurich city address or Zurich Airport, and keep the chauffeur booking aligned with the protection brief. The personnel rate is CHF65 per guard per hour, with a minimum of eight hours. Transport is priced separately, and extensions require confirmation through the authorised client contact. If the return is tied to a flight, provide the flight details separately from the desired hotel departure.
