Describe activities by location
List the proposed countries and the actual activities requested in each place. Accompanying a principal during a business visit, attending a venue and performing specialist duties may raise different questions. A useful enquiry describes the expected work in ordinary language rather than relying on an undefined request for full international security. Include any specialist request explicitly, so it can be reviewed rather than hidden inside a general description of accompaniment.
Ask for a documented review
The provider should assess personnel suitability, applicable permissions and any local arrangements before accepting the assignment. Ask it to explain what is confirmed and what remains conditional. This article is planning guidance, not a legal determination; specific requirements should be checked through the appropriate qualified or official sources for the proposed work. Keep a record of the accepted conditions and avoid communicating unconfirmed capabilities to hosts, delegates or other travelling participants.
Keep travel compliance separate
The principal and accompanying travellers must address their own travel and entry requirements. A private protection booking does not replace passports, visas or other applicable obligations. Avoid sending unnecessary document copies in an initial form; agree a suitable process if particular personal information is genuinely required for an accepted service. The required information may differ between organisations; confirm the legitimate recipient and purpose before distributing personal travel documents.
Confirm the whole commercial arrangement
Standard guard pricing is CHF65 per person per hour with an eight-hour minimum, but international coordination and transport must be expressly included or excluded in the written offer. A published rate is not acceptance of specialised work abroad. Retain the final scope, countries, working periods and authorised contacts before the trip proceeds. Where an element remains conditional, identify who will resolve it and avoid presenting the entire assignment as confirmed prematurely.
