Plan for road restrictions
Send the event's current traffic and access instructions when requesting a car. The chauffeur cannot enter closed areas or stop where access is prohibited. Agree a reachable meeting point that suits your party.
Coordinate the group
Decide who will contact the chauffeur and ensure everyone knows the collection point. Include the passenger count and every return address. If the group separates, those movements need their own arrangement.
Keep the return realistic
Provide a preferred departure time and discuss how delays will be handled. Extra waiting and late changes require confirmation. Event admission or participation is not included in the transport request.
