More than one venue
List each cinema, reception address and hotel in the order you will visit them. Share the arrival time required by the invitation. An event name alone is not a sufficiently precise destination.
A discreet collection
Ask the venue or organiser for the practical vehicle entrance. If access is limited, agree an alternative meeting point. A transport reservation does not include red-carpet access or event credentials.
Evening flexibility
Request waiting or additional chauffeur time if your programme may run late. The return journey should have an agreed contact and collection method. Admission and event participation are handled separately.
Independent transport enquiries. Event entry, tickets, accreditation and restricted-area access are not included.
