Your pickup in Spiez
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Spiez, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 46.6847°, 7.6911°. Approximate terrain elevation: 595 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
A station connection with luggage
For rail travel, provide the exact train details and confirm the meeting arrangement at Spiez. Allow time to leave the platform, collect the group and reach the car. If travellers arrive on different services, say whether the chauffeur should collect them together after the last arrival or whether separate journeys are needed.
A stay beside the lake
Ask the hotel for its guest vehicle entrance and where bags should be unloaded. If the first activity is a boat trip rather than check-in, decide whether luggage is stored with the property or retained under an agreed vehicle arrangement. Boat tickets and operating details remain separate from the road booking and should be confirmed with the operator.
The return to Zurich
Set pickup after checkout, any independent activity and the time needed to reach the car. If the itinerary includes both Zurich city and the airport, provide all destinations and any flight priority. A luggage detour or extra passenger collection should be part of the quoted route rather than an assumption made on departure day.
