Your pickup in Pontresina
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Pontresina, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 46.4955°, 9.9013°. Approximate terrain elevation: 1822 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
Arriving at the correct property
A Pontresina hotel, chalet or apartment may have specific guest unloading instructions. Ask for those details and send them with the booking. If key collection takes place elsewhere, include that address as an additional stop. A party arriving from Zurich with large cases should know exactly where the car service ends and who meets them, particularly when arriving later in the day.
Outdoor equipment and passenger comfort
Describe skis, board bags, hiking luggage and any child-seat needs before the vehicle is confirmed. The number of seats does not establish whether all equipment will fit. If a passenger would benefit from a break during the journey from Zurich, request it in advance so the itinerary can reflect that preference. The team should confirm the practical vehicle and service arrangement in the written offer.
The final morning in the Engadin
A return to Zurich requires time for more than leaving the room. Complete checkout, retrieve stored equipment and gather the party at the agreed entrance. If there is a separate connection before pickup, provide its information and allow time for the handover. For Zurich Airport, ask the team to review the complete departure plan against the flight rather than fitting the drive into an optimistic remaining window.
