Your pickup in Pfäffikon (SZ)
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Pfäffikon (SZ), Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 47.2011°, 8.7782°. Approximate terrain elevation: 420 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
Two places with the same name
A booking that says only “Pfäffikon” can point to the wrong town. Copy the full address from the property or event confirmation and retain SZ or the postcode when sharing the itinerary with passengers. Check the location again in the written offer, particularly if the journey is arranged by an assistant unfamiliar with the area.
Conferences and private events
Ask the organiser where guests should arrive by car and where the group can meet for departure. If the event uses a separate registration entrance, send those instructions rather than the general venue address. A chauffeur transfer does not include event entry, and waiting or later collection should be explicitly requested as part of the service.
An airport return after the programme
If some guests need to leave early for ZRH, give their separate schedule and luggage requirements. The general event finish may not suit their flight. For everyone else, set collection after coats and bags can be retrieved, and list any Zurich city drop-offs in the order the team should review for the return.
