Your pickup in Novara
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Novara, Italy. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 45.4469°, 8.6212°. Approximate terrain elevation: 171 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
A precise corporate arrival
For a visit to a Novara company, obtain the visitor entrance and reception instructions from the host. A head-office address may not be the gate used by guests. Send the required arrival time and the expected end of the appointment. If an assistant manages the booking, make sure the traveller receives the final meeting instructions and knows whom to contact if the programme changes.
Separating city and airport itineraries
Do not use Novara as shorthand for an airport or a property elsewhere in the region. Name each endpoint and include any additional stop in the proposed order. If a flight is involved at either end, share the airport and flight details. This lets the team review the actual road service and prevents a quote for one location being mistaken for an itinerary covering several different places.
Planning a return to Zurich
For the return, clarify whether the chauffeur has been retained during the visit or whether a separate collection is requested. Include luggage retrieval, any comfort break and the final Zurich address. If the journey leads into a ZRH departure, the flight requirement should be known before the schedule is fixed. The written offer should cover the agreed journey without promising an unverified driving duration.
