A lakeside stay with a practical arrival
Waterfront accommodation may have a different vehicle entrance from its pedestrian-facing frontage. Ask reception for guest unloading instructions and confirm luggage storage if arrival precedes room access. If lunch or a private visit comes before check-in, decide where bags stay and include any additional vehicle movement in the quotation.
A business day from Zurich
For meetings, provide the guest entrance, host contact and expected finish time. If you require the chauffeur throughout the day, describe waiting and additional addresses explicitly. A transfer to Morges and a car retained for local appointments are different services; the offer should make the requested arrangement clear before travel.
Returning from the lake region
Complete checkout and independent activities before the agreed collection, or show them as planned stages. For ZRH departures, share the flight details and the full luggage load. Any stop for another passenger or to collect stored bags changes the itinerary and should be reviewed before confirming the departure from Morges.
