Your pickup in Mendrisio
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Mendrisio, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.

A shopping visit from Zurich
A shopping day needs a different brief from a simple hotel drop-off. State where the group wants to arrive, whether the car should wait and where everyone will meet for the return. Explain the expected passenger count and potential additional bags. Store opening times and purchases are separate from the transport booking, and the team should confirm the service duration and vehicle arrangement in the written offer.
Corporate and academic appointments
For a professional visit, provide the reception or building entrance specified by the host rather than only the organisation name. Include the required arrival time and any luggage stop before the appointment. If the day also includes a visit across the Italian border, list that separately; a Zurich–Mendrisio transfer should not be treated as an open-ended regional itinerary.
The northbound departure
Before the return car arrives, complete the appointment or shopping, gather all passengers and ensure their bags are ready. If another collection point is more suitable than the outward drop-off, agree it beforehand. A Zurich Airport connection needs the actual flight and a reviewed departure plan. The written offer should identify the final destination and every requested stop rather than rely on an assumed reversal of the morning journey.
