Your pickup in Arth
Use a full street address or the exact hotel entrance in Arth, Switzerland. A town name identifies the area, but the final meeting point, access instructions and luggage requirements should be included before the journey is confirmed.
Location coordinates: 47.0634°, 8.5235°. Approximate terrain elevation: 425 m. Geographic reference: GeoNames.
Naming the correct endpoint
A request headed simply “Arth” can refer to different local arrangements. Copy the full address from your hotel confirmation, train itinerary or host instructions. For station meetings, agree an exit and a reachable phone number. The chauffeur should not have to infer which side of a rail interchange the travellers will use with their luggage.
A limousine alongside an excursion
When a day from Zurich includes an independent mountain or lake activity, tell the team where you expect to finish as well as where you begin. Outward and return excursion points may differ. Tickets, activity admission and their operating schedules are separate from the car booking; review those arrangements before selecting the return collection time.
Airport collection after the activity
For a return to ZRH, work backwards from the airport arrival requirement with the team and include the excursion-to-road handover. Do not use the advertised end of an activity as the car departure time if bags are stored elsewhere. A change of clothes, luggage collection or additional passenger stop should be visible in the original schedule.
