Meetings in Uri
A business visitor may have the company name but not the correct guest entrance. Ask the host for a street address, reception instructions and a reachable contact for arrival. Send those details with the Zurich pickup location. If the appointment can finish at different times, discuss either retained chauffeur time or a separately scheduled return; an open-ended finish should not be hidden inside a simple one-way transfer.
A town visit before continuing your day
If you plan to walk through Altdorf before meeting friends or checking into accommodation, choose where the luggage will stay and where the car service will finish. A sightseeing stop has a different scope from dropping passengers at an address. Name the stop, requested waiting period and next destination when seeking the offer, keeping the Zurich-connected journey clearly defined.
Station and airport connections
For a rail meeting in Altdorf, provide the train arrival information and the station exit agreed with your fellow travellers. For a return flight from Zurich Airport, provide the departing flight and the required airport arrival margin. These details serve different purposes: one identifies when you can meet the car, while the other establishes the deadline that the road itinerary must accommodate.
