Begin or finish in Zurich

Choose the right arrival point
Send the property name and any directions supplied by your host. If a meeting or restaurant is the reason for the journey, include that location too. Do not assume a general resort name identifies the correct entrance.
A longer stay or a day visit
For a stay, include all luggage and your planned arrival time. For a day visit, specify the return collection and whether the chauffeur should remain available. Spa, hotel and restaurant reservations are separate.
Onward travel
If the next leg continues to another Swiss or Italian hotel, provide every date and address. Ask for transfer legs and retained chauffeur days to be distinguished in the written offer.
