Your Zurich connection
Start from your Zurich hotel, home, office or Zurich Airport, or arrange the reverse journey from Zug to Zurich. Give the exact addresses for both ends. For an airport collection, include the flight; for a city pickup, use the guest entrance and your preferred collection time. A day return with a waiting chauffeur and a separate one-way return require different arrangements, so specify which you want.
Office arrivals
Provide the building name, street address and visitor entrance. For corporate bookings made on behalf of someone else, give the traveller's contact and the booker's contact separately. Include a company reference if it is required on the paperwork.
A schedule that moves with you
If you have several appointments in Zug, Baar or the wider region, list the stops in order. Request an hourly chauffeur if the car needs to remain available. Waiting and any additional travel should be agreed before the service begins.
Airport returns
Tell the dispatcher your flight departure time and whether you will check luggage. The pickup plan should consider the airport journey and the time you want at the terminal. A return journey is confirmed separately unless included in your offer.
