Your Zurich connection
Start from your Zurich hotel, home, office or Zurich Airport, or arrange the reverse journey from Winterthur to Zurich. Give the exact addresses for both ends. For an airport collection, include the flight; for a city pickup, use the guest entrance and your preferred collection time. A day return with a waiting chauffeur and a separate one-way return require different arrangements, so specify which you want.
A precise city arrival
Use the exact entrance for your destination and include a local contact when someone is expecting you. A train-station collection should name the meeting side or the agreed point. The same principle applies to venues with more than one access road.
Culture and events
For a museum, concert or private reception, include the venue, arrival time and return preference. Tickets and entry arrangements are separate from the transfer. If the finishing time is uncertain, discuss the collection method ahead of the event.
Business travel with luggage
If you are travelling directly from a flight to a meeting, mention whether your luggage will remain with the vehicle during a booked waiting period. Storage or waiting must be part of the agreed service; a one-way drop-off does not imply either.
