Your Zurich connection
Start from your Zurich hotel, home, office or Zurich Airport, or arrange the reverse journey from Strasbourg to Zurich. Give the exact addresses for both ends. For an airport collection, include the flight; for a city pickup, use the guest entrance and your preferred collection time. A day return with a waiting chauffeur and a separate one-way return require different arrangements, so specify which you want.
Historic-centre arrivals
Give the full hotel address and any vehicle-access instructions supplied by the property. Streets around historic destinations may use designated drop-off points. If your party needs help beyond the vehicle, explain the requirement before confirmation.
A business or cultural programme
For several appointments, list each venue and the required arrival time. Tell the dispatcher whether you need a retained chauffeur or separate transfers. Tickets, admission and guided visits are not included unless explicitly agreed.
A cross-border journey
