Your Zurich connection
Start from your Zurich hotel, home, office or Zurich Airport, or arrange the reverse journey from Milan to Zurich. Give the exact addresses for both ends. For an airport collection, include the flight; for a city pickup, use the guest entrance and your preferred collection time. A day return with a waiting chauffeur and a separate one-way return require different arrangements, so specify which you want.
Specify the destination
Milan city, Malpensa Airport and Linate Airport are separate endpoints. Use the exact name and address, and include your flight details where relevant. For a hotel arrival, ask the property for the appropriate vehicle entrance.
A multi-day programme
If the itinerary includes Lake Como, a Milan stay and an airport departure, provide the dates and addresses for every leg. Clarify which days require a transfer and which require a chauffeur to remain available. Waiting and driver accommodation are discussed in the quote.
A realistic arrival plan
Long-distance timing depends on the route and current conditions. Share any important appointment so the team can assess the schedule. Passengers remain responsible for the documents needed for their journey across the border.
